ct66 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ct66", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ct66 gaming platform, its operators, and its duly authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ct66 platform or accesses ct66 services in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the ct66 website at https://ct66.bio, including all pages, sub-pages, games, and services made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the ct66 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credit separately designated as such.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money balance or bonus credit on any ct66 product.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by ct66 prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

By accessing the ct66 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with ct66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ct66 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with ct66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ct66 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players without exception.
• You are accessing ct66 services in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ct66 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had an Account with ct66 that was closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered or otherwise participating in a self-exclusion programme that covers ct66 or its associated platforms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held in the Account.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Maintaining more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ct66 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, forfeiting any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ct66 will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify ct66 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. ct66 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

ct66 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where ct66 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct in breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, any Balance in the Account may be forfeited.

ct66 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, GrabPay, Cryptocurrency, and Cash OTC. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the ct66 cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits are processed promptly. ct66 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which ct66 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal above the threshold specified in the ct66 cashier.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the Account, subject to available withdrawal options.
• Any active bonus credit attached to the Account must have its wagering requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal of real-money balance will be processed.
• ct66 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before releasing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

ct66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. The acceptance of any bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ct66 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of bonus credit, which is tracked separately from real-money balance in the ct66 cashier.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of a bonus or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn as real money.
• ct66 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible Players.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion's specific terms expressly permit combination.

All sports betting markets, casino games, and other wagering products offered on the ct66 Platform are governed by product-specific rules that are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

The following general wagering rules apply across all ct66 products:

• A Wager is considered accepted and binding once ct66's systems have confirmed placement and generated a bet reference number.
• ct66 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on incorrect odds, erroneous lines, or markets affected by a technical error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at ct66's discretion, particularly where the integrity of a match or event is in question.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the sports betting interface and are subject to change without notice.
• ct66 will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game or betting market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit pari-mutuel odds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the ct66 Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the ct66 Platform or its associated systems.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to make deposits without that person's explicit authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

All content on the ct66 Platform — including but not limited to the ct66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of ct66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct66 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ct66 content without the prior written consent of ct66.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the ct66 Platform, including but not limited to losses from wagering activity, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ct66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct66 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ct66's control may result in temporary unavailability. ct66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime where reasonable efforts to minimise disruption have been made.

ct66 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. ct66 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible via the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, one week, or one month.

ct66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ct66 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the ct66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct66 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by ct66's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to submit a written complaint to ct66 support and allow ct66 a period of 30 days to investigate and respond. ct66 is committed to resolving all legitimate disputes fairly and promptly.
